John Beall is the Dean of Faculty at The Collegiate School in New York City. He has taught the Inferno to High School Students for several years and will be teaching a class of eighth-graders the Inferno with Digital Dante as a classroom tool this coming Spring. Examples of his syllabi and project ideas for students appear in the section, In the Classroom, which can be reached from the Arachne Map. He was recently awarded a Klingenstein Fellowship from Columbia University to study the Strategic Management of Independent Schools.
